Nicole Rivera is a seasoned government relations and public affairs leader with experience leading public policy, communications, advocacy, and public engagement strategies across government, private, non-profit, and philanthropic sectors. With over two decades of experience, she has developed and driven numerous government relations, public affairs, marketing, and communications campaigns to elevate the brand and advance the strategic objectives of high-profile organizations. Her success in previous roles relied on her equity lens and her ability to understand the ethnography of people who are the loudest, statistically most brand loyal, and who will represent the majority of the U.S. and beyond in the coming years. She is an expert on how to rally the New American Majority around a brand, a candidate, public policy, and community action. Her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to see around the corner has led her to create the nation’s first drive-thru voter registration event, the nation’s first virtual presidential youth town hall, a PAC focused on youth, and a women’s career advancement non-profit which led to her invitation to the United State of Women Summit hosted by The White House. Having held senior leadership positions on presidential to mayoral campaigns, at the U.S. House of Representatives, and at financial service, health, and technology companies, she is an established government affairs leader and growth strategist. Nicole is a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley. She enjoys collecting art and is an avid traveler.
