Anita Kittery is a French and Indian Tamil European environmental lawyer and visual artist based in Paris, France. Her doctoral research focuses on legal and regulatory frameworks regulating environmental pollution, resulting from pharmaceutical products and chemicals. She applies a life cycle approach, from the production of these, consumption, to their end-of-life, i.e. proper/improper disposal. She is particularly interested in the notion of environmental racism within France and how it is reflected within the broader European law context. She speaks French, English, Tamil, and German.
