ABOUT THE EXPERT:

I am a current graduate student at Suffolk University, pursuing a degree in Global Public Policy with a major focus on Environmental Policy. I am also a congressional Intern at Senator Edward Markey’s office. My dedication to public service has deep roots, stemming from my previous experiences working to promote child education and girls’ rights in Nigeria. Recognizing my commitment to education, I was nominated as a youth ambassador for World Literacy Foundation, advocating for bridging the education gap among children. I have actively volunteered with organizations, including the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women in supporting the 2023 Girls Empowerment and Leadership Initiative Summit, aimed to empower youth throughout the Commonwealth. Beyond education, I am equally passionate about driving clean energy initiatives and addressing the pressing global challenge of climate change. Additionally, I currently serve as a national climate volunteer fellow for an organization called “Change the Chamber,” where I actively advocate for policies focused on climate awareness.
