ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Martha Kamara has a Masters of International Affairs degree from the George Washington University. Her concentration was in global energy and environmental policy with additional studies of gender policy and conflict resolution.

As an ORISE-ORAU Fellow, Martha was appointed to the US Department of Energy in the Office of International Affairs working on the Clean Energy Ministerial portfolio. Prior to her DOE appointment, Martha was a Global Sustainability Scholars Fellow that worked with the Multi-Framer project examining the feasibilities of streamlining Maritime Multi-Use Production Systems in Norway and the US. In her free time, Martha enjoys reading, cats, rollerskating, and collaging!
