In keeping with our organizational mission, Green 2.0 is committed to fostering a work environment where diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice are core parts of everything we do. We believe that to build an intentional culture of inclusion we must review policies and practices regularly to ensure that staff of all identities and backgrounds are supported and able to thrive in our workplace. We feel strongly that our mission can only be achieved if staff have the resources and support needed to freely provide informed input on our shared work. We’re committed to strengthening the diversity and inclusion of the environmental movement, we also strive to improve our own work in challenging the systemic racism that exists in our movement.
