ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Adriane (She/Her) joined Green 2.0 in February 2021. She has spent her career creating strong programs and people operations that lead to organizational success. She is especially passionate about ensuring that the needs of young people of color are front and center in our movement. 

Prior to becoming Managing Director, Adriane led Green 2.0’s programmatic efforts driving strategy and coordination of products, research, and staff. Before that, she served as Director of Government Relations at MENTOR National, where she advocated for increased investment in youth mentoring and piloted a national training program for young people on advocacy, policy, and grassroots organizing. 

Adriane began her career working for former U.S. Representative Karen Bass. In this role, she led a coalition of over 150 Members of Congress who worked together to advance legislation to improve positive outcomes for youth in the child welfare system. She also worked to engage stakeholders on criminal justice, immigration, and environmental and racial justice through events at the Center for American Progress. Adriane holds a BA in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University.
