ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Adrianna Quintero currently serves as the Vice President of Programs and Equity at the U.S. Energy Foundation where she spearheads the strategic development of programmatic efforts aimed at securing a clean, equitable energy future to fight the climate crisis. Adrianna served on the Biden-Harris Transition Team for the United States Department of Energy (DOE), where she was responsible for evaluating structures, policies, and budgets relating to environmental and energy justice. Adrianna previously served as a Senior Attorney at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) where she focused on litigation and research related to environmental health issues, such as drinking water safety, pesticide use, air quality, and more. While at NRDC, Adrianna also founded Voces Verdes, a national coalition of Latino business, health, and community leaders advocating for clean energy and climate action. An attorney and lifelong advocate for justice, Adrianna has led groundbreaking initiatives to raise awareness and advocacy about the unequal impacts of pollution on low-income, historically disenfranchised communities, and communities of color.
