ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Aradhana Roberts brings 12 years of technical experience in evidence-based sustainable ecosystem adaptive management, with a concentration in natural climate policy, locally led development, monitoring, evaluation and, learning (MEL). She currently supports EI’s Measuring Impacts II (MI2) project under USAID, helping to strengthen the evidence base and improve inclusive biodiversity and climate programming decisions.

Before MI2, Ms. Roberts was a Program Manager assessing the impacts of land-use change and climate to design locally driven solutions. This 5-year global field assessment from 25 countries integrated traditional knowledge and local leadership for sustainable ecosystem impacts. Additionally, Ms. Roberts also conducted program evaluations for 8 years in climate policy, sustainable range management, agriculture, land-use change, and STEM education. Having worked as a technical researcher in the private sector, university academics, non-profits, and government organizations both nationally and internationally Aradhana brings an ecosystems locally-led approach to solving our global problems sustainably.
