ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Dany is well-known in the environmental movement. She joined GLT after serving as Power Shift Network’s executive director, where she grew the organization from 4 staff members to 17 over the course of three years. Dany published This Book Will Save the Planet, an intersectional climate justice primer for young change-makers. She is from Washington DC, but currently lives in Knoxville, TN, and has an extensive background in grassroots organizing and activism.
