ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Devashree Saha is the Director of the US Clean Energy Economy program. In this role, she supports policymakers and other stakeholders to ensure policies and strategies to advance the clean energy transition are fair and inclusive, with a focus on decent jobs, skills, economic development, equity, and putting people and communities at the center of the transition. Prior to joining WRI, Devashree worked at the Brookings Institution, National Governors Association and Council of State Governments. Devashree holds a Ph.D in public policy from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in political science from Purdue University.
