Maritza Kritz is the Director of Admissions and Marketing for PACS Healthcare, where she collaborates with physicians and clinical teams to ensure that patients needing hemodialysis and specialized skilled rehabilitation receive the appropriate support. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and social service sectors, Maritza is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advocating for vulnerable populations.

Maritza serves as a commissioner for the New Portlanders Policy Commission, which integrates the voices of immigrant and refugee communities into the City of Portland’s policies and decision-making processes. The Commission is composed of immigrants, refugees, and community advocates in Portland.

Passionate about community empowerment and environmental education, Maritza is an Environmental Conservation Educator and Ambassador for the Latino Outdoors Portland chapter. In these roles, she empowers at-risk youth and individuals from diverse backgrounds through environmental education and conservation initiatives, showcasing the transformative power of nature on well-being and resilience.
