ABOUT THE EXPERT:

Uduak-Joe Ntuk is a nationally recognized energy and environmental expert with experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a former state energy regulator, municipal petroleum administrator and an adjunct faculty member at the California State University, Long Beach Chemical Engineering Department. Ntuk is an elected member of the Long Beach City College Board of Trustees. He earned a Master of Science degree in engineering from the University of Southern California and Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
