As used in these Terms of Use, the word “Content” means all of the software and code that comprise and operate this website and all of the text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, designs, audio, video, and audio-video clips, and other materials provided through this website. Green 2.0 and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Content, including all copyrights.
We hereby grant you a limited, revocable license to download and print copies of any portion of the Content for non-commercial use, and only if you do not remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. The foregoing license is subject to the Terms of Use and does not include the right to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods nor the right to “harvest” email addresses or other contact information.
You may not, and you may not permit others to, copy, distribute, perform, or display publicly, prepare derivative works based on, broadcast, exploit, or use any part of the Content except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as transferring any right, title, or interest in the Content to you or anyone else, except the limited license to use the Content on the terms expressly set forth in these Terms of Use.
How to Request Permission
To obtain permission to use or copy Green 2.0 copyrighted materials, you must submit your request in writing to: info@diversegreen.org. All requests must include:
- Requestor’s name and title
- Company/institution name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Specific description (with a link if possible) of Content requestor wishes to use
- Statement describing exactly how the Content will be used and distributed, including the format used for distribution, and whether the Content of the work they are used in will be sold or be placed behind a paywall of any kind, with details on the other items included in the work and amount charged, if any, for the work, percentage of the work that the Content comprises, and any other relevant details
Incomplete requests may be returned.
Approval of use is not granted until a Permission Agreement signed by Green 2.0 and you, and fees, if any, are received by Green 2.0.
